My recent visit to EchoMed was an incredibly positive experience. The staff, from the moment I arrived to the time I left, were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr John de Verteuil made me feel comfortable and kept me informed every step of the way. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the waiting area was comfortable and welcoming. I was impressed by the level of care and attention I received. Overall, I would highly recommend EchoMed to anyone in need of care. Dr John was incredibly friendly and really helped explain every procedure as he was doing it. He spent extra time to be thorough, make me comfortable and talk me through exactly what the scans were showing. I would recommend anyone looking for a cardiac specialist to see Dr John.

I would really highly recommend EchoMed in Farnham. The admin team is very kind and polite, quick to respond to emails and I was able to book tests and appointments very quickly, within a couple of days. The actual centre is also very nice and clean. I was previously harshly dismissed by many other doctors, not being guided in any real direction, and told to just manage my pain with no explanation or idea. The doctors which did not dismiss me were unsure of what steps to take next so I was left in the dark. However, Dr Ani Pal and Dr Kaushik Guha at Echomed were excellent and kind doctors, offering real help and guidance and I'm very grateful for this. They're clearly very knowledgable in their fields of medicine and didn't dismiss my symptoms or concerns. Dr Pal ran my ECG stress test and explained everything thoroughly, and was clear and easy to understand, very different to the hostile experiences I've had with the NHS (which is understandable) and other private doctors. Dr Guha has been really great at helping me take the next steps and informing me of how I can do this. Overall my experience has been much better than I could have ever expected, I was treated with kindness empathy and respect, and the doctors seem to want to investigate my health issues properly. I would definitely consider this company and these doctors if you are unsure of what to do or what's going on with your heart etc

Superb experience.  It was easy to book online, I later made an extra request for bespoke blood tests and this was accommodated.  The doctor called me the day before to ensure everything was prepared correctly.  The doctor was empathetic and knowledgeable and I came away feeling that no stone had been left unturned. I visited to have a echo cardiogram test.  I was warmly greeted at the clinic.   The first 10 minutes chatting. During which he  answered a lot on my condition and worries about it. The scan was very thorough.   The doctor then spent some time explaining the results.  I was relieved to find my issue was better than I hoped.  He made some suggestions on a get well plan to get me better. A thoroughly well run operation and so helpful. The doctor had 30 years experience in this area of medicine which means he a has seen it all. I have recommended it to one friend already.

I met Dr Maclean for an echocardiogram following referral by my GP. I managed to get a booking (dealt with very efficienty) the day after my call to book. At the appointment Edd explained what he was going to do with the scan undertaken painlessly. He then summarised the result writing a very helpful diagram and discussed with me after the scan. He said a report would be emailed to my doctor and me that evening,  which it was. The report had several recommendations so I booked a gp appointment the next day who then took forward the recommended actions. The scan and follow up was dealt with very efficiently - I was impressed (unusual for me!). A couple of weeks later just before we were going on a long holiday I became concerned about my condition and if/how this could affect me on holiday - my wife was also very concerned as she did not come to my scan appointment. I contacted Dr McLlean on a Friday to seek his advice.  He reccomended I see his colleague the following morning (Sat) which I agreed and saw Dr Pal with my wife. He examined me and gave me feedback and several follow up recommendations/actions and gave us reassurance that nothing was urgent to prevent us going on holiday. Dr Pal throughout was very patient, efficient, friendly and professional. Thought my dealings with Ecomed I have been very impressed so would definitely recommend this company for their field of medical expertise in cadiography. I would hope that 1 day (unlikely in my lifetime) that the nhs could be as efficient and caring as Ecomed who the nhs should strive to be like. Although I felt apprehensive about my visit, I was made to feel very comfortable. I had an echocardiogram and treadmill exercise stress test both of which were carried out with plenty of detail. I had attended my appointment with the aim to check my heart health due to a poor family history and felt that the tests were thorough enough and really helped to put my mind at rest. I would not hesitate to recommend EchoMed to anyone who wants tests that cannot generally be carried out on the NHS as I feel the standard health checks rely purely on statistics.
